GIR has launched its 2021 edition of Extradition Know-How.
Lawyers around the world are required to consider the differences between extradition systems when clients are involved in extradition or surrender proceedings or have to decide where to live or which countries to travel to. The guide provides a basis for this comparison and allows practitioners to understand the extradition framework and obtain more detailed and fact-specific advice.
Ilias Anagnostopoulos and Alexandros Tsagkalidis have authored the Guide’s chapter on Greece.
