The Global Forum on Corporate Criminal Liability  will host its annual meeting on March 17-18 at the Falkenstein Grand Kempinski Hotel, Königstein, Germany.

The Forum welcomes up to 48 solicitors, barristers and in-house counsel from across Europe, the UK, the Americas and Asia, each of whom has been selected based on their experience and specialization in corporate criminal litigation matters.

The goal is to foster active peer-to-peer discussion and debate of topical issues such as international white-collar enforcement, defending corporations and/or individuals in parallel, cross-border criminal/regulatory investigations, management of reputation issues etc. The Forum’s meetings are convened under the Chatham House Rule, allowing a free-flow of ideas and insights.
