The Forum held its annual meeting at the Pennyhill Park Hotel, Surrey UK, on March 23-24, 2015 bringing together solicitors, barristers, in-house counsel and corporate executives from across Europe, the UK, the Americas and Asia who have been selected based on their experience and specialization in criminal litigation matters. Topics included US and EU sanctions breaches, internal investigations by outside counsel, legal privilege and risks, corporate liability in respect of actions by third parties etc.
