Ilias Anagnostopoulos addressed a Conference organised by ERA (Academy of European Law) and the French Cour de Cassation on “Ne bis in idem as a General Principle of EU Law”. His speech will deal with matters of Cross border criminality-challenges for the prosecution and defence.
