World Justice Project Rule of Law Index 2012-2013 has been recently published. The WJP Rule of Law Index 2012-2003 Report was created by 2,500 experts and 97,000 members of the general public and presents data findings for 97 countries. The WJP Rule of Law Index 2012-2013 looks at 48 rule of law indicators organized around nine conceptual dimensions: limited government powers; absence of corruption; order and security; fundamental rights; open government; regulatory enforcement; civil justice; criminal justice; and informal justice. The WJP Rule of Law Index is considered as a quantitative assessment tool designed to offer a comprehensive picture of the extent to which countries adhere to the rule of law in practice.
