C5’s 19th Conference on Fraud & Asset Recovery will be held in Geneva in March 13-14, 2025.
Rachel Cropper-Mawer, Partner, Ogier (Jersey), and Ilias Anagnostopoulos, will moderate a roundtable discussion on fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation in oral evidence. The discussion will focus on the fallibility of memory, the unreliability of oral evidence, and the importance which judges should place on contemporaneous documents.
