20 Jun ACADEMY FELLOWS MEET IN LONDON
The International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators held its spring conference in London. Fellows of the Academy enjoyed a pre-conference dinner at the Law Society’s Six Clerks on 28 May, hosted by Anand Doobay of Boutique Law. Hot topics, including corporate criminal liability for bribery, deferred prosecution agreements, and state immunity, were lively discussed the next day at the conference hosted by Professor Jeremy Horder at the London School of Economics.
